Message: Until the other night I have been pleased with their service. I stopped in at 5pm to buy paint. The woman that had to be called to that department was annoyed. I asked a question about the two brands they have and was given an impatient response. I chose my color and then looked for trim color. Her reply was "you want more than one?" As I was leaving a customer was told we're closing and they forced the door close. I realize they close at 5:30 but customer service shouldn't suffer because employees want to check out. I am disappointed at our home town hardware for forgetting why we go there instead of Walmart.

Message: Went in there March 28 looking for help with my pump and tank. The two guys in the plumbing area took almost 2 hours with me, found everything I needed, put it together for me and answered every question I had. That's customer service! I want to say thank you very much for the help. Made my plumbing experience quite a bit easier.
