Message: Go here instead of the Lakewood location. This ORIGINAL location gave me all of the attention I needed and I certainly did land on the perfect color. The north side employees pretended I wasn't there. I felt invisible. I received exactly what I needed from the gal that worked here. Many thanks!

Message: I couldn't find the Benjamin Moore color chips, because the colors I wanted were old colors, but they took the trouble to search and find. I would only buy paint from them. Their own brand of paint is of excellent quality and wash ability at a great cost point.

Message: I hate to give low ratings--especially to a place with such friendly staff. My questions have been answered. My colors made. My supplies carted to the car. But we ordered 7 colors and three of them were made in the wrong paint/base. Repco noticed the first one and now I have an extra gallon of paint in the wrong sheen. Almost used it on accident because I wasn't informed.. The second also almost went on the walls, but I noticed and returned it to the store. The return was easy enough, but I'm busy and we paid for good paint from a good small business.. We expected exceptional service, but I was disappointed. Now we find that another paint is wrong--as we are about to use it. I guess I should have checked all of them against what was ordered, but I didn't feel like I should have to do that! I am incredibly disappointed with the quality control of the orders going out of here. I was charged extra for paint I didn't order in both cases. And now I will be taking time out of my busy day tomorrow to return yet again another gallon of paint. I expected so much better. And I am very disappointed.. ***Update***. Repcolite went above and beyond to solve this issue and came through with the kind of service everyone knows and expects from this company.
